Non-Toxic 100% Organic Cotton Tampons
Oi's Organic tampons are my favorite non toxic tampons that I began using years ago. They are 100% certified organic cotton: the cover, core and string are all organic cotton! Not only that but they are free of chlorine bleaching, synthetics, dyes, perfumes, pesticides, fluoride, titanium dioxide, and wood pulp!
Oi’s cardboard applicator tampons are 100% biodegradable - this includes the wrapping and packaging. How great is that?! So the cardboard box is recyclable and the wrapper the tampon comes in is wrapped in paper instead of plastic. Keep in mind that since the cardboard applicator is 100% biodegradable, it might take some getting used to if you’re currently using plastic applicators - it took me quite a few tries before I got it right. I like to twist, push the tampon out a little, insert (open those walls!), and remove. It may be a little frustrating at first, but think about how great 100% biodegradable tampons are for the planet!
I just absolutely love these tampons, not only because they’re 100% certified organic but because of their comfort and absorbency, and since they are non-toxic, I don’t feel as much period pain/cramps. I would definitely try all of Oi’s tampon sizes (regular, super, and super plus), and even their BioCompact tampons before deciding they’re not right for you. Oi also has pads, panty liners, and cups . It only gets better!
